Something to note: BaitHost may have some troubles in the past, but I found out they have a new management now as of November. For users using BaitHost with the new management, I would highly appreciate it if you can post a review about them below. I think people would like to know about the new management.

This is in no way a scam. All of you did receive the hosting subscription ? YES.
Let me get this straight,
You calling your hosting provider SCAM and Cheat because their service down and you unable to call them ? and you did receive the service from them.
If you says its a scam because they don't reply and service down, then its deceiving. You should change the tittle name to they are bad with support, slow or lazy, etc, but SCAM? I don't see a scam here.
What i can see here is Poor Management and Support! Not Scam!

Still, its always nice to hear both stories of each story.
there is no good about this server, they all lyers, i just bought 3 server (1 business hosting, extra price) and couple of domain within 15 days registered with them.All of sudden, their server getting down without any notice, they are not answering your call, the chat service are offline, even you cannot contact them through their own handphone. A police report already make to this company. I lost all the domain which registered under them.

My idea, if you have chance to avoid dealing with them please take the chance. They are scammers
1. Terrible uptime services, can occur up to 2-3 times a month.
2. Online chat service is a joke. They can leave you waiting for 20mins without a single reply.
3. Poor english command of the workers.
4.TERRIBLE. Avoid baithost at all cost
If you need a good reliable web host then I'm going to have to recommend these guys! I've been with baithost.com.my for almost 4 month now with my ecommerce website and have been extremely pleased with the service they offer.
I've never had any problems with my website being down. Prices are good, the servers are fast and I've never had any real problems with them.

I've signed up to Baithost mainly for the lot of features and price. So far I've received a great service and have been really pleased with the service they have given me.
Although I've only been a customer for around 3 weeks. I've noticed no downtime, and fast servers. I received all my confirmation emails with my account details which allowed me to set my web site up the same day.. and its been running ever since

So far there's no bad point that i can find out. although, all company will have bad point. And there is no hosting company in the world are perfect.

i have been with Baithost just a few month, although they are new provider in this industry, they are showing really good customer support. i never seen their live support offline. even in the middle of night.
the feature also great! Rvsite builder help me a lot building my web site. and about their price, way too affordable compare to malaysia no.1 hosting provider which is my previous hosting.
i'm highly recommended this hosting company! they are really great! SUPPORT MALAYSIAN HOSTING!
to be honest, their customer support respond are very fast and given me the solution effectively. so far never seen such good and friendly customer support. 100% recommend this hosting.
