what ??/ good points ? They responded but not that fast. how can they operate without support engineers? their target is ONLY sales

I bought domain with them and wanted to buy hosting with other company. they Never seem to understand my request. I tried web chat , sales team always respond, but technical team never respond. I am a web designer but they are trying to teach me basic things. I was trying to access cpanel, is that very hard to understand ? i bought hosting with them at last.
Initially they will put new account into new server, for first few months it was good. As they oversell their hosting, each server will eventually slow to crawl, and if you have external monitoring, the uptime is like 80-90%, with each page took over 10 sec to load. And imagine the apache processes keep dying from time to time and need to wait 1-5min to get restarted.
If you hardworking keep complaining then they will move you to newer server which are less crowded, then for 1-2 months it will be fine and the whole process starts again.
Just wanted to add that this company is not as bad as some of the reviews here would suggest.. My experience has been pretty ok in general.. Fast customer support. Usually very quick to respond via email. Server is very fast with excellent response time - good when you have a lot of files to upload like me..

Training on call centre staff. Usually greeted by "Hello". Should be more like "Good Afternoon, Exabytes Hosting Malaysia, William speaking. How can I help you? (but then this applies to most Malaysian companies) :-)
Had quite a few access problems initially - server was not accepting connections, but now seems fine..
One thing for sure. Their 24x7 support is good, responsible, reliable and fast. I don't know why some people can't be more considerate to the dilemmas of web hosting companies. There are things beyond their control. For instance, data center and ISP. Don't say anything definitive just because of your frustration. Keep bugging them for solution while they are busy fixing the problem, would it really expedite the troubleshooting? Think about that. Those technical support fellas are much much much more frustrated and keen to resolve the issue ASAP than you.

Perhaps their support specialists need to improve their English. But I believe language is not the primary issue, but what really matters is the attitude. They are awesome.

Web access speed super slow.Web loading very slow.Numerous complains lodged but always ask you to send ping plotter result. Then point to ISP problem coz they don't even know what they are doing. Unless you want to loose your existing customers else never take this company hosting !! 1 word SUCKS!
i have terrible experience with exabytes....at first the server site running smothly and after a few month it keep getting slow time to time..until one day my site down for a few hours and it's still slow loading althogh the server in malaysia.i'm not too sure why..i tried their live support and keep asking to email their support.. i just wanna quick answer what the problem is...and another thing that i notice their hire an outsource company from india or i somewhere as for their live support at night..they don't even know bahasa melayu...
i not recommend this hosting company! keep away from them!!
My experience quite good with exabytes, I never seen my site down before and I like their customer support. They reply me within 1 hour. The features also is good. I have a lot of space and bandwidth I cant even finish it every month!
Exabytes only best when i first sign up with them, but after they move my site to new server my web constantly down every seconds. Even there is time the server down for almost half an hour!. Customer support is ok, but i don't care, because i only contact the support when detect my site down time. But how much time i need to keep contact the support department if my site is always down?
