Don't believe what the previous person commented. I think that person is the owner of the host.
I am a user of this & I can say that this hosting is a total scam. I bought a domain from them but it was not registered under me. It was registered under them. Now I can't even transfer the domain. I e-mail them & NO REPLY AT ALL!!!
No call support also. There is only 1 sales number which IS ONLY FOR SALES. This is what they wrote about others who call that number - "Note: This hotline is specially for sales related questions and cannot be abused for technical support issues. Clients who violate this policy may result in a RM50 charge per chat."
This hosting totally sucks, believe me....

I use Giz Tech to host my site and I was impressed with the excellent level of support that was given to me. This is the first time I set up a website and the webhost was very friendly and answered all my questions. He also always goes the extra mile to offer more than what's asked for. It's also great that there's a hotline for enquiries/support so I can get instant solutions when I face problems
