dont even consider Hileytech. I had very bad experience with them. their customer service is terrible when you need their help. I was with them about 3 years and some hosting issue came out. I email them and they takes more than 4 business days to reply. After 3-4 weeks and the problem is still un-solved,i went to their office in cheras. to my surprise, their office was dim, very old with dust and files, with ONLY 1 staff. a young malay receptionist and the boss Mr Khoo. no other staff. That’s is why their customer service is so bad. Mr Khoo was very embarrassed that I visited him because I can't wait for his reply after problem un-solve for 3 weeks. He acted VERY rude and only I realised he don't know much about solving the issue and he's also waiting for his provider to reply. Hileytech price may be ok..but all their services is outsource. they run a website, NOT a business. you dont want to risk your business and deal with some ameture. another bad hosting service provider in malaysia is iwebhosting.com,my, located in Damansara Utama. |
