Customer service sucks. They wont response to your ticket. ever. unless if u ask to upgrade the subscription. I transferred my domain to them & paid them for that till 1 day i found out that my domain has been suspended coz they never really do anything about it. its like donating to them! I asked for a refund they didn't even answer my email.
This web host SUCKS. BIG TIME. They are unprofessional, rude and do not even care. I think its not even a proper hosting company, probably just a punk kid running a reseller host from his room.
My service got suspended for no apparent reason, and when I request a resume of service, the dude terminated my account! WHAT THE FUCK?! And my domain is stuck there too, I tried transferring it to another registrar (Namecheap) but because they never respond to all their tickets, Namecheap had to cancel the transfer. I DON'T WANT TO KEEP my domain with them and want to move it elsewhere and they won't let me? WTF is THAT? I tried 3 times already, and their support is non-existent or they don't even care.
There are way better web host out there. Stay away from this bullshit.
I think this company director, he is a technician, cleaner and a jaga all in 1.
When you call their office, 9 out of 10 it will redirect to somewhere in the kampong, and a fella sound a bit sleepy will answer, "ya...em...em, I will check, I'm not in the office now, I call you back ok."
And he will NEVER, EVER call you back.
And you will hear rooster crow in the back ground when he said he will call you back.
