Generally support is quite good. Good speed if you are in Malaysia. Ping from international slightly better from hosts that I have used before.
Been using it since September 2007. General support is good. Uptime is not so good recently (this one week+ or so). PDO module is not provided (make sure you do not have any program in need of this module). Looking for other alternative now.
